REFUND POLICY

ChatterFire is committed to fair and transparent billing. This policy covers refunds and cancellations for all ChatterFire products and services.

SOFTWARE PURCHASE ($75)

• Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if the software has not been used to stream or battle.
• Once the software has been used to go live (Solo Stream or Exhibition), the purchase is non-refundable.
• If the software does not function on your system due to a technical issue we cannot resolve, a full refund will be issued regardless of usage.

APPLICATION FEE ($5)

• Non-refundable under all circumstances.
• This is disclosed before payment and filters non-serious applicants.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP ($25/MONTH)

• Cancel anytime — no refund for the current billing period.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• No refund for partial months.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP ($262.50/YEAR)

• Cancel anytime — prorated refund for unused months.
• Refund calculated as: amount paid minus ($25 x months used).
• Example: cancel after 4 months = $262.50 - $100 = $162.50 refund.

BUNDLE ($130 — SOFTWARE + 3 MONTHS, THEN $25/MONTH)

• Software portion is non-refundable after use (same as software policy above).
• Membership portion follows monthly membership cancellation rules.
• If cancelled before 3 months: no refund on remaining membership months in the bundle.
• After the three prepaid months the membership continues at $25/month until cancelled. Cancel any time before then and you are charged nothing further.

BILLING ERRORS

• Double charges or system errors are refunded immediately and in full.

CHARGEBACKS

If you have a billing concern, please contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank. We resolve issues faster than the chargeback process and it avoids fees for both parties.
